Graduated? with? a German? Diploma for architecture and an? International master of Art in architecture, Jan Matthies joined us in the year 2018 as a Design principal, after different long-term experienced? stages in well known companies in Germany and China.
Jan Matthies is an award-winning architect with over 20 years of experience working on different sized project, ranging from urban planning? to mixed-use projects to cultural and small scale unique design developments.
The projects integrate always market expertise, high-performance design,? detail solution, and digital design. During his previous experience as a lead designer and design studio head in Germany and China, Jan? built a design team to deliver projects for the Chinese market and collaborated with local clients, engineers, and consultants.
His approach to design integrates the technical and cultural aspects with the client’s ideas—based always on research ,information knowledge and creativity in the market.
Jan Matthies was also teaching at the Wismar University and Shenyang Architecture University as a Lecture and tutor for conceptual Design and was part of university education knowledge exchange between Germany, China and New Zealand. (2004-2008) He? is still engaged in different activities for lecturing, tutoring, consulting in Shenzhen.

這些項目集成了市場專業(yè)知識、高性能設(shè)計、精細(xì)化設(shè)計和參數(shù)化設(shè)計。在之前擔(dān)任德國和中國首席設(shè)計師和設(shè)計工作室負(fù)責(zé)人期間，Jan組建了一支優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計團隊，為中國設(shè)計市場提供服務(wù)，并與當(dāng)?shù)乜蛻?、工程師和顧問合作。擅長于將技術(shù)和文化、市場研究、信息知識和富有創(chuàng)造力的設(shè)計相結(jié)合。
Jan Matthies還曾在Wismar大學(xué)和沈陽建筑大學(xué)擔(dān)任概念設(shè)計講師和導(dǎo)師，并參與了德國、中國和新西蘭等國的國際大學(xué)教育知識交流（2004-2008年）。在深圳從事設(shè)計的期間，也面對年輕設(shè)計師開展了各種講座和設(shè)計交流活動。
